1. Adults Only

Zupali social features are intended for people aged 18 or older. Underage accounts are not permitted.

2. Public Posts, Stories and Comments

Public content may be visible to many people. Do not post pornography, explicit sexual activity, exposed genitals, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate material.

Ordinary personality, dating and flirting content may be allowed where it remains non-explicit and does not violate these rules.

3. Child Safety: Zero Tolerance

Never create, request, possess, upload, share, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation involving minors or any content that sexualizes a person under 18.

See our Child Safety Standards for additional information.

4. Respect Other People

5. Be Authentic

6. Private Messages

Private conversations are not treated the same as public feed content, but users must still follow Zupali's safety rules.

Users may block other members and report messages where those features are available.

Consent matters. Stop sexual, romantic or other unwanted contact when another person asks you to stop.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report profiles, messages or supported public content. Reports may enter a moderation queue for review.

Depending on severity and context, Zupali may remove or hide content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently remove accounts.

8. Serious Illegal Content

Where required by applicable law, relevant information involving serious illegal activity may be preserved or disclosed to appropriate authorities.

9. Questions and Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect or need help with a safety issue, contact us through the Contact page.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
