1. Adults Only
Zupali is intended for adults aged 18 and older. People under 18 are not permitted to create or use a registered Zupali account. Users must not misrepresent their age or identity.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Zupali prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, sexualization of minors, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any other conduct that endangers a child.
This prohibition applies to real, fictional or manipulated content where it depicts, promotes, facilitates or sexualizes the abuse or exploitation of a minor.
3. In-App Reporting and Blocking
Zupali provides in-app tools to report profiles, messages and supported social content. Reporting options include Underage / child safety. Users can also block people to stop further unwanted interaction.
If you believe a user may be under 18, or you encounter grooming, sexual solicitation involving a minor, or suspected CSAM/CSAE, report it immediately through the app.
4. How Zupali Handles Child-Safety Reports
Child-safety reports may be prioritized for review. Depending on the circumstances, Zupali may restrict or suspend accounts, remove or limit content, preserve relevant evidence and take other safety measures.
Zupali may preserve and report information to appropriate authorities or designated reporting bodies when required by applicable law or necessary to address an immediate safety concern.
5. Automated Safety Systems and Human Review
Zupali uses automated moderation to help identify potentially unsafe user-generated content. Our current safety stack can use Cloudflare Workers AI for automated analysis of selected text or media. Automated systems may approve, reject or route content for review.
Reports can also be reviewed by moderators. Automated systems are not perfect and do not replace user reporting.
