2. Eligibility
You may use Zupali only if you meet the minimum age required by our service rules and applicable law and are legally permitted to use the service in your location.
Users must not misrepresent their age in order to gain access to features for which they are not eligible.
3. Accounts
Certain Zupali features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Information provided during account creation should be accurate enough for the service to function properly.
You should notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without permission.
4. User-Generated Content
Zupali may allow users to submit messages, profile information, images, videos, audio, reactions, reports and other content.
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to share it.
By submitting content to areas of Zupali designed for sharing, you grant Zupali the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display and technically operate that content as part of the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Zupali to engage in unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful activity.
Examples include:
- harassment, threats or targeted abuse;
- sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material;
- grooming or inappropriate sexual interaction involving minors;
- impersonation intended to deceive or harm others;
- fraud, scams, phishing or credential theft;
- spam or automated abuse;
- malware, malicious links or attempts to compromise accounts;
- sharing private information without authorization;
- content that violates applicable law or another person's rights;
- attempts to bypass moderation, security or access controls.
6. Safety and Moderation
Zupali may use automated systems, technical rules and human review to detect or investigate content and behavior that may violate these Terms or create safety risks.
Users may be able to report content or accounts, block other users or use other available safety features.
We may take appropriate action when we reasonably believe an account or content violates these Terms.
7. Account Restrictions
Depending on the circumstances, Zupali may warn a user, restrict certain features, remove or hide content, temporarily suspend access or terminate an account.
We may also take action to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with legal obligations or maintain the security and integrity of the service.
8. Child Safety
Zupali prohibits child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming and other conduct that endangers minors.

9. Messaging and Communications
Zupali may provide messaging or other communication features. Users are responsible for their interactions with other users and should exercise caution when communicating with people they do not know personally.
Do not send passwords, financial credentials or highly sensitive information through conversations.

Where available, users may block another user or submit a report about content or conduct.
Reports should be made in good faith and should not be used to harass other users or intentionally submit false allegations.
11. Intellectual Property
Zupali's original branding, interface elements, software, graphics and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Zupali's intellectual property to users.
12. Third-Party Services
Zupali may rely on or link to third-party services such as infrastructure, authentication, hosting, notification, advertising or other technology providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Advertising
Some versions or areas of Zupali may contain advertising.
Advertising formats, providers and availability may change as the service develops and may also depend on applicable platform rules and user privacy choices.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep Zupali available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable because of maintenance, security, technical limitations or service updates.
15. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve Zupali, respond to safety concerns, comply with platform requirements or adapt the service.
16. Disclaimer
Zupali is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements or behavior of every user and users should exercise reasonable care in online interactions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zupali will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Account Deletion
Users who wish to stop using Zupali may request deletion of their account through the available in-app process or our dedicated account-deletion instructions.
